Cancel an appointment

If, for any reason, you will not be attending an appointment you have made, please cancel so that we are able to offer your appointment to someone else.

You can cancel an appointment by :

1. Via this website page – complete and submit the cancellation form at the bottom of this page.

2. Online - register for Patient Access to manage appointments and cancellations

3. >Call *If cancelling an appointment on the day – please press option 1 to speak to our appointments team
*If cancelling an appointment in the future - choose option 2 to go through to the cancellation message line, without having to wait in a
*Call when the surgery is closed to go through to our cancellation message line

4. Reply to reminder txt message : click on the email address in the message to respond. Please include your name, date and time of your appointment and who you are seeing, in your email. Please be aware that reminder txt message system is pre-loaded and you may receive a further reminder even though you have cancelled.

5. Drop in to either of our surgeries.

PLEASE DO REMEMBER TO CANCEL UNWANTED APPOINTMENTS

- Each week a large number of patients fail to attend their booked appointments

- This means that we can struggle to provide adequate numbers of appointments for patients who really need them.

- Please take responsibility to remember your appointment date and time, and if you do not require it please let us know.
