New support for people who are overweight or obese

As you will have seen on the news, people who are obese or overweight are more likely to end up hospitalised with Covid 19 than those of a normal weight.

You will probably also know that it increases your risk of diabetes, heart disease and many forms of cancer.

Now is a really good time to try to address this issue.

There are various options that you can access without needing to speak to your GP or nurse.
