Repeat prescriptions

If you find you have insufficient medication to cover you through to the next working day, please contact your dispensing chemist or pharmacy who may be able to authorise a temporary supply for you.

If you are taking tablets or medicine long term, your doctor may arrange for you to have repeat prescriptions. There are 4 ways to order your repeats:

  • 1. Via this website : complete the form below and submit
  • 2. Online : you must be registered for online access (see link below)
  • 3. Order via your local chemist – you need to register for this service with your chemist
  • 4. Order in person at either surgery.

Please order your medication 7-10 days before your drugs have run out. Those requests received earlier than 1o days will be held by the practice until due, so if you require your prescription early, perhaps you are going away on holiday for example, do please let us know.

We require a minimum of two full working days before you need to collect your new prescription. If you provide a stamped addressed envelope, we will send it to you. Alternatively, if you have arranged for to collect your medication direct from a local pharmacy please allow 4 working days.

Your doctor will inform you how often you should attend for check ups.

We regret that NO requests can be taken over the telephone
